Service Description

EmbroidQuote is a SaaS pricing tool for embroidery shop owners, provided by SoundWave Media Inc.

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. One free trial per person. Trial abuse — including creating multiple accounts using different emails, phone numbers, or devices to circumvent the trial limit — is prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

SMS Verification

A valid phone number is required to activate your free trial. You will receive one SMS verification code. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.

Prohibited Use

You may not use EmbroidQuote to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the service. Trial abuse is grounds for immediate termination.

Limitation of Liability

EmbroidQuote is provided as-is. SoundWave Media Inc. is not liable for business decisions made using pricing estimates generated by the tool.
